Section (A) Contest Mechanics
- Eligible companies and/or firms can accumulate points for every purchase. All products under the V-tech brand will grant you a set amount of points.
- or every 10 points accumulated, you will receive a Contest Entry Voucher. (Please refer to Table A1. Point System Table).
- Acquire the Contest Entry Voucher(s) from your respective suppliers.
- Scan the QR code or visit Contest Page to join. https://luckydraw.vitaltechnical.com
- Fill in the Contest Form with relevant company details.
- Key in the Lucky Draw Number and multiple entries option is available.
- Submit Proof of Purchase and/or Invoice as supporting document.
- Keep the Contest Entry Voucher(s) until the date of announcement of the winners as Proof of Win.

Section (B) The Rights of the Organizer

The Organizer “Vital” reserves absolute rights and discretion to disqualify any Participants in the case of:
- Contest Form(s) submitted are unclear and/or incomplete
- Duplication of Contest Entry Voucher codes
- Participants violate, contravene and/or breach the Terms and Conditions of the contest
- Participants undermine/or attempt to undermine the fairness of the Contest by fraud, cheating and/or act of deception
- In the case of unclaimed prizes, the organizer reserves the absolute right to select the next eligible winner through an automated ballot system.
- In the event that a Participant is ruled disqualified after a Prize has been awarded, the Organizer reserves the absolute right to demand the return of the given Prize or payment of its full value from the disqualified Participant.
Section (C) The Participants and Winners’ Obligation
- Only successful entries submitted through the Contest Form within the stipulated contest period with valid unique Contest Voucher Codes accompanied with Proof of Purchase will be eligible for the Contest.
- Participants may submit more than one (1) Contest Form. The Contest Form supports multiple entries, Participants can key in multiple Contest Voucher Code(s) and upload Proof(s) of Purchase.
- All Participants who successfully enrolled in the Contest will be subjected to a randomized AI-powered ballot selection process to ensure maximised fairness.
- Each Participant may only win one (1) prize through the Contest.
- All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the operations of the Contest; inclusive but not limited to the Lucky Draw mechanics, the Winners, the Prizes and/or Forfeiture of Prizes are final, conclusive, binding, and non-appealable. Any form of inquiries, objections and/or appeal will not be entertained.
- The Winner(s) will be contacted by the Organizer based on the information and details provided in the Contest Form. Failure to respond to the Organizer within five (5) working days may lead to the forfeiture of the prize.
- By participating in the Contest, Participants and Winners have agreed to allow the Organizer to use media materials captured during the Result Announcement and Prize Giving Ceremony for marketing purposes.
Section (D) Contest Prizes
- Prize(s) is strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form and/or manner than the stipulated scope.
- All Prize(s) awarded is on an as-is basis and shall be used and received entirely at the sole risk of the Winner, the Organizer is excluded from all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize(s) to the fullest extent of legality matters.
- Prize(s) is not allowed to be exchanged for cash.
- At all times during the Contest Period, the Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute, add and/or remove the advertised Prize(s) with Prize(s) of the same value without prior notice at its sole discretion.
- The Organizer, its agencies, its affiliates, sponsors, and representatives shall not be liable for any damage relating to the Prize(s) or misuse of the Prize(s) or claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
- All Prize(s) must be taken according to the terms and conditions of the Organizer, its agent, sponsor or the third party providing the Prizes.
- All Prize(s) must be claimed in person unless stated otherwise by the Organizer as to other modes of collection.
- All Winner(s) must claim the Prize(s) from the Organizer within the stipulated time frame. All communications will be conducted via email, phone call, WhatsApp or any other available mode of communication.
- In the event the Winner(s) or its nominated representative (with a letter of authorization issued by the Winner(s), with a copy of the Winner identification document fails or defaulted to collect the Prize(s) within a stipulated time, the Organizer reserves its absolute right to forfeit the Prize(s).
- The Organizer further reserves the right to determine how the uncollected Prizes will be dealt with and at its absolute discretion award the Prize(s) to another Winner(s).
- All-Winners must present valid identification documents to redeem/collect their Prize(s).
- The grand prize is not inclusive of road taxes, registration fees, number plate fees, car insurance, and/or any other miscellaneous charges incurred. In addition, the Organizer shall not be liable or held responsible for any events/unforeseen circumstances (beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser), losses or damages, product qualities, warranties, delays and/or any changes to the prizes and any other Terms and Conditions in respect thereof.

Section (E) Rights, Warranties and Liability
- The Participant(s) hereby gives its consent to the Organizer to publish and use their name, photos and any other content or information (collectively referred to as “Individual Content”) submitted for the purpose of participating in the Contest; for advertising, publicity, promotion and/or marketing purposes, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participant(s) of Winner(s).
- The Participant(s) hereby gives its consent to the Organizer to publish the name of their companies, logos, and any other content or information (collectively referred to as “Company Content”) submitted for the purpose of participating in the Contest; for advertising, publicity, promotion and/or marketing purposes, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participant(s) of Winner(s).
- The Organizer shall have the absolute right to substitute the Prize(s) with another Prize(s) of equal value without prior notice during the Contest period or after the Winner has been announced.
- The Organizer reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, postpone, made changes or suspend the Contest, if, for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer, the Contest is unable to proceed as planned for ( not limited to ) reasons such as computer virus, hacking, fraud, technical or system failure, acts of government not limited to Movement Control Order, lockdown, due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
- The Organizer shall always reserve its right and discretion to remove and/or disqualify any Participant / Contest Form / Winner if found or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation system of the Contest or in violation or breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
- At all times, during the Contest Period, the Organizer shall reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions stated herein, without prior notice.
- Participants (s) are advised to log in to the Contest Microsite and read the Terms and Conditions periodically.
- Should there be any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional material/flyer for this Contest, the Terms and Conditions stated herein shall prevail.
- By participating in the Contest, the Participant hereby gives their unconditional consents to the Organizer, or any third party appointed by the Organizer to process the Participants’ personal data for the purpose of this Contest.
- Participant(s) by submitting the form to the Contest Microsite agrees to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and its decisions made by the Organizer.
- Participant(s) agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Organizer, its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act, 2016, its directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives against any or all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages (including special, indirect and consequential damages and loss) arising from or incurred as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Contest, acceptance of any Prize, and/or the use of the Participant’s Material and/or likeness in connection with the Contest or violation and breach of the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

The Participant hereby acknowledges that the Organizer and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and agencies do not assume any responsibilities for:
- any Prize(s) offered under the Contest;
- any product offered under the Contest or related to or connected with the Prize(s); and
- the failure of any electronic communication in relation to the operating system of the Contest, receipt of the Contest Form, the Draw, Winners’ notifications, the delivery and/or redemption or collection of the Prizes and other notices or communications whatsoever.
- The Organizer under no circumstances shall be construed as giving an endorsement or recommendation of the prizes offered in the Contest and the Supplier of the Prizes offered in the Contest are not agents, contractors, consultants, or affiliates of the Organizer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Participant(s) and/or Winner(s) in the Contest shall not have any right to claim whatsoever against any member of the Organizer, their respective directors, officers, employees and agents in respect of any action, proceeding, judgment, damage or loss (including, without limitation, incidental, punitive, consequential, special, direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business or economic loss), expenses, injury (including without limitation, death or personal injury), damage to property or liability suffered or incurred by the Participant and/or Winner or any person arising from or in connection with:
- the Participant and/or Winner’s participation in the Contest;
- the receipt, redemption, collection, use or misuse of any Prize by such Participant(s) and/or Winner(s) and any other person; and
- travel to and from to purchase any products under the V-tech umbrella and/or redemption/collection of the Prizes.
- The Organizer, its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable to the Participant and/or Winner under the Contest or any other person for any deficiency, delay, omission or failure related to or connected with any stage and aspect of the Contest or the Prize including, but not limited to, the cancellation, rescheduling or disruption of the Contest or the Ballot or the redemption/collection of the Prize which is beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
- All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Participant and/or Winners in relation to the Contest and/or redemption/collection of the Prize, which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the Participant and/or Winners. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss and damage during prize delivery.
- Participant(s) shall not be entitled to assign any of the rights herein. The Organizer shall be entitled to assign or sub-license the whole or any part of its rights hereunder to any third party as may be determined by the Organizer.
